Early Learning can be accelerated to help pre-school children in the Foundation Stage. We identify, on an ongoing basis, that some children are able to further their learning skills in more advanced ways. We aim to help these children develop the identified skills through balanced and creative activities that will improve a child’s concentration and support their development.
Our learning programmes are not based purely on academic work. Instead they are structured to aid a child to ask questions, think critically, and discover the world around them.
Our teachers can offer a series of activities which develop and encourage movement skills, thinking skills and social skills in children in the Early Years.
We view each child individually and assess their learning capabilities. We can then offer additional individual support on a one to one basis with qualified staff. Through the construction of an IEP [Individual Educational Plan] we map out the way forward for each child and then follow the agreed programme.
